My story

From Naples to London's casinos, all the way to the creator economy.

A story of marketing, discipline and going against the grain.

Chapter 1 · Up to age 23

Naples

I was born in Naples, and until I was 18 I was a completely normal kid. Then something simple but decisive happened: a friend asked me to help sell tickets for the school party. Out of about 380 people, I sold 350. In that moment I understood two things: I loved people's energy… and I had a certain knack for marketing, relationships and “making things happen”.

From 18 to 21 I started organising nights on my own: first pubs and restaurants, then—very quickly—the most important clubs in Naples. And there was one detail that gave me a huge advantage: I was young, so I used the internet naturally, while many in the industry were more “old school”. When the hit of the moment came out, instead of going through the agencies that managed the artists (which obviously gave priority to the most experienced promoters), I started contacting singers and DJs directly through their official websites and contacts. The result: I brought big names to Naples and built a reputation fast.

At 22 I found myself running PR for a whole area of Naples. Shortly after, I was asked to be artistic director of a nightclub under construction. I made an “entrepreneur's” proposal: not just directing… becoming a partner. They accepted. At 23 I owned a club called “Pixel”, north of Naples.

Chapter 2 · Heading north

Treviso

For a twenty-year-old, that life was a runaway train: 200 km a day, two phones ringing non-stop, endless nights, huge responsibilities. At some point I pulled the plug. I moved north and started working as a substitute administrative assistant in schools in Treviso: an office job, stable, regular… but it wasn't “me”.

In those years there's an episode that looks like a side note but is actually a fundamental part of my story: I started communicating online with a simple message—less judgement, more freedom—and over time some girls began asking me for “non-identifiable” content to publish. We're talking about years when influencers as we know them today didn't exist and certain things weren't mainstream. That phase taught me how much mindset, communication and community matter.

Chapter 3 · England

London

Then I went to visit a friend in Portsmouth, England. I walked into a casino and over 10 consecutive days I won about £11,000. The funny part? At some point they stopped letting me play with Italian croupiers. Meanwhile I'd got to know the staff and started hanging out with them while my friend was at work.

Back in Italy to wrap up my substitute contracts, one night I saw a “Work with us” ad to become a croupier… at the very casino where I already knew everyone. I moved, went through croupier school and started a career I never expected. Two years later came a huge satisfaction: I became the best croupier in England by winning a national competition. From there I went on to work in London's most important casinos. That phase left me with one thing: discipline. It looks like a “glamorous” job, but in reality it's precision, psychology, control and nerves of steel.

Chapter 4 · 2018 – 2020

Online

In 2018 my first structured online business was born: IndustrySex.com, a sex education video course with Valentina Nappi. It isn't a porn video: it's a spoken course with animated graphics, designed to give practical tools. She mainly spoke to women, I spoke to men, from the basics up to more advanced techniques.

In 2019 a girl who followed me on social media asked me to help her find clients for video calls. I worked with her as her social media manager: it went so well that other girls started contacting me for the same reason. That's how TipAgency was born, the agency through which I supported creators and professionals with positioning, strategy and growth. (TipAgency is an important part of my story, but today the focus is on my own businesses.)

In 2020 I decided to build something bigger: a platform that would solve a huge practical problem for creators—getting paid and managing digital services simply. That's how VieniOra.com was born, and it became my main project.

Chapter 5 · Since 2020

Today

In 2020 I also moved to work at the casino in Amsterdam. And there, during Covid, something became very clear: while “physical” life slowed down, my online projects—especially VieniOra—started growing much faster. At some point I realised it was time to choose. Leaving the casino wasn't easy—I still miss it, because it's a real passion—but it was the right move.

After the pandemic I started travelling, and today I live between Bali, London and, every now and then, Italy to be with my family. Today I work in the adult services industry as an entrepreneur: I don't create content, I build businesses and infrastructure.

And if you're expecting a movie-style life… let me disappoint you right away: it's often far more boring than it looks. As I like to say: it's racking my brains with IT developers, doing data analysis, marketing, testing, tracking and optimisation. In short: behind the scenes, but done seriously. Less movie, more Excel.

Less movie, more Excel.
