Who is responsible
The data controller is me, Luca Tipaldi, as a private individual and author of this personal website. You can contact me on Telegram (@luca_tipaldi) or Instagram (@luca.tipaldi).
What the site collects
The site uses no cookies, has no forms and does not ask you for personal data.
Technical browsing data
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). To serve the pages and protect them from abuse, Vercel's servers process technical data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested.
Anonymous statistics
I use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and measure the site's speed. These are aggregated, cookie-free statistics: they do not identify you and are not used to profile you.
Age confirmation
When you confirm you are 18 or over, your browser stores a flag (lt-18-ok) on your device only, so you are not asked again. It is not sent to anyone and you can delete it in your browser settings.
Why and on what basis
This data is used only to run and protect the site and to understand, anonymously, how it is used. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Transfers outside the EU
Vercel is based in the United States: transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data and object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by messaging me on Telegram or Instagram. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
